Deep sleep important for healing and immune system strengthening. I do this every night 2 to3 hrs. Its awesome, when I go sleep i give everything to Jesus, all my worries and concerns with my head on his shoulder, with confidence i drift off.

I am amazed at how much this works. Im always tense, have so much pain and tightness everywhere in my body, and can never ever let go. I never rest when i fall asleep and i tried this last night and melted into my bed literally. I felt no pain, no stress, just love, safety and comfort. Thank you so much 🤍

So after the very beginning segment of where I open my eyes in my dark room and I looked up towards my eyebrows for the duration of her guidance, and then I close my eyes, and there was no movement after that. What does that mean? Apparently my eyes were supposed to be fluttering?
