There is a USA town that is very good at getting rid of their race traitors. It uses the government, murder, killings and sometimes ass whippings, the ones who obey the laws are a little more of a challenge with the criminals, drug dealers, rapist, kidnappers, thieves, robbers, being the easiest to imprison or get away with killing. The type who tries to prey on their own group. The others still can be encouraged to relocate. The locals are majority pro their own white ethnic group. Not big on slurs nor is the population filled with hate freaks, but pro-whites and seem to mention ancestors more than normal in conversations and seem to believe in the separation of races. not even a majority Christian town. Atheists and alternate white religions. The local atheist has customs, traditions, rule sets, organization, culture, values, white communities and their white ethnic groups and family units and seem to look at Christian more than not as servants of darkness. The locals value decency and good behavior over villainess and sadism. Atheism can be whatever but can be still combined with certain kinds of beliefs and values and barely even care about alien atheists. Having their conversations and interactions locally. not nationally or globally. Atheism is dominate in the social circles while still being very tolerant to certain kinds of alternate white religions. The local atheists like good tales, folk tales, myths. Keeping aliens out of their more important conversions is very common and pretending to be a Christian only makes them more dishonest. The local believe evil creates chaos and can internally damage their communities and family units and the locals also seem to dislike and distrust ugly people and woman haters Who also seem to have a decent looking population, with similar jaws and noses. The local prize kindness over cruelty. its not a cruelville, but a niceville. The locals do not behave, based upon how the Politian's or media wish them to behave and are not supporters of Hollywood. Opening Statement
Mr. Chief Justice, and may it please the Court:
This case asks whether the First Amendment requires the American people — the sovereign public — to endure deliberate, systematic, and coordinated propaganda that functions as fraud, distorts democratic decision‑making, and undermines the very conditions that make free speech meaningful.
We do not ask the Court to restrict speech.
We ask the Court to recognize that fraud is not speech, and that society — the largest association of citizens — has constitutional standing to defend itself from deception that erodes its ability to think, choose, and govern.
In Citizens United, this Court held that corporations are “associations of citizens” whose political expression is protected.
If that is so, then the public — the ultimate association of citizens — must have at least equal constitutional protection when its collective autonomy is threatened.
The First Amendment does not require the people to be defenseless against mass fraud.

I. The First Amendment Protects Speech, Not Fraud
This Court has long held that:
• Fraud is not protected
• Defamation is not protected
• Perjury is not protected
• False advertising is not protected
• Incitement is not protected
Propaganda — as defined here — is not mere opinion or advocacy.
It is intentional deception designed to manipulate public judgment, often using psychological techniques unavailable to ordinary speakers.
When speech is weaponized to destroy the public’s ability to deliberate, it ceases to be speech in the constitutional sense.
It becomes conduct — harmful conduct — and the state may regulate harmful conduct.

II. Citizens United Created a Constitutional Asymmetry That Must Be Reconciled
In Citizens United, the Court reasoned:

But the Court also held that corporations — fictional entities — possess First Amendment rights because they are “associations of citizens.”
If a corporation, which can be created in a day and dissolved in a week, is entitled to constitutional protection because it represents citizens, then the public itself — the sovereign — must have equal or greater protection when its collective interests are harmed.
A corporation:
• Has no mind
• Has no conscience
• Cannot be deceived
• Cannot be psychologically manipulated
But a society can.
The Constitution cannot elevate a fictional entity above the real human beings who constitute the nation.

III. The Public Has a Constitutional Interest in Preserving Democratic Integrity
This Court has repeatedly recognized collective constitutional interests, including:
• The public’s right to a fair trial
• The public’s right to safety
• The public’s right to an informed electorate
• The public’s right to be free from fraud
The First Amendment is not a suicide pact.
It does not require the public to accept deception that destroys the conditions of self‑government.
Propaganda that intentionally manipulates the electorate is not “speech” that advances democratic deliberation.
It is fraudulent interference with the public’s constitutional role as sovereign.

IV. The Government’s Interest Is Not Censorship — It Is Protection of Autonomy
We do not ask the Court to police opinions, ideology, or political disagreement.
We ask the Court to recognize that:
• Deliberate deception
• Coordinated disinformation
• Manipulative psychological operations
are forms of fraud, not speech.
Just as the government may prohibit fraudulent securities statements to protect investors, it may prohibit fraudulent political statements to protect voters — the most important participants in the constitutional order.
The people are not less deserving of protection than shareholders.

V. The Crime Scene Analogy Illustrates the Constitutional Hierarchy
If a corporation disappears, there is no constitutional injury.
If a society disappears — or loses its capacity for self‑government — the Constitution itself collapses.
The First Amendment exists to protect the people, not to endanger them.
The Constitution cannot be interpreted to give a fictional entity greater protection than the sovereign public.

Conclusion
The question before the Court is simple:
Does the First Amendment require the American people to be defenseless against deliberate, coordinated deception that undermines their ability to govern themselves?
The answer must be no.
Fraud is not speech.
Propaganda that functions as fraud is not speech.
And the public — the ultimate association of citizens — has a constitutional right to defend itself.
We ask this Court to recognize that the First Amendment protects free thought, not the tools designed to destroy it.

I watch your videos with my son and really appreciate your content. But this video in particular gets a critical point of Neo-liberalism incorrect. Under Neo-liberalism’s ideals as espoused by Hyek government expenditure would ideally never be treated to a cost benefits analysis. In fact any sort of economic modelling is dismissed in favour of a pseudo-religious belief that markets are infallible and that ANY government expenditure designed to benefit the less well off will inevitably result in unforeseen negative consequences (as it distorts market forces which are basically God in this theology). For example, cost benefit analysis reveals many aspects of the welfare state result in increased benefits to society even in crude economic terms (e.g. spending on education often=higher GDP). Ditto increased expenditure on catching tax evaders brings in more than it costs. Any such analysis is dismissed out of hand. It is more accurate to say that under Neo-liberalsim any Government expenditure on the working or poor is treated to ruthless cost cutting (I guess cost-cost analysis rather than cost-benefit analysis!). Edited to add: think about DOGE for example, there was no consideration for the benefits done away with, it is solely about cost reduction.

While nobody is immune to propaganda, it does help that we read up on physical books on the subject of every issue and keep questioning whether we are absorbing what we read or are just interpreting it based on the propaganda we have chosen to buy in.
