Poker champ Phil Ivey just hit a $10 million setback in his court case against the Borgata Casino.
I wish they would explain the terminology.

The Judge ordered that Ivey and his gambling partner Cheng Yin Sun repay over $10 million they won playing Baccarat in 2012. The Borgata accused Ivey and Sun of using "edge-sorting" to turn the odds in their favor and said it was a breach of New Jersey state gambling laws.
Where can I get a copy of this poster with the stats?
This week the Judge agreed. But he also said that Ivey and Sun will not have to repay the roughly $250,000 in comps they received as a result of their high-stakes gambling.
This is sweet

@TheRobTuberSorry, gotta make a comment on "Hims" commercial that's on here. So sick of Viagra. So sick of "Hims". What? So, women just have to lay there and that's OUR satisfaction when "we" can't "get UP?" Women have issues with their libido, but there's NOTHING about that. Men with bigger boobs than most women can run around bare chested, no bra and, that's acceptable. A woman, with A-cups, can't take her bra off, because that's "indecent exposure". So friggin sick of how it's all about men and their dicks, when heterosexual adult consensual sexual intercourse takes TWO.
@ts9898You're pitching commentary to beginners but using veteran vocabulary. Seems like it would be good information but, unfortunately, I'm not up on some of the terminology so it's going over my head. Sorry.
@normpeterson7767Basic rule of thumb is that you shouldn't be playing more than about 33% of hands. If you are playing online and have a counter that lets you see how many hands you are playing and it is registering 50% of hands then you are playing WAY too many hands.
@jeremyschulthess63This is truly AWESOME for a beginner player (such as myself). Now, I've watched literally THOUSANDS of youtube poker videos over the years (hey, I'm sorry. It took me that long to finally decide to go out there and try to win), so I actually have built up a terrific intuition about the game. But still I need a basic framework as an initial approach. Based on my (vast, really) experience in watching hands on youtube (I do like crushlivepoker best for many things), this is EXACTLY what I consider to be the ideal starting framework. VERY NICE JOB, PokerListings. Thanks!
@GetMeThere1This is surprisingly good advice. If you're a new player, watch this once a day for a year.

@doublecheckitytWinning more at Hold'em starts with disciplined hand selection. Focus on playing strong starting hands like pocket pairs, suited connectors, and high-value cards (e.g., AK, AQ). Adapt to table dynamics—tighten up in aggressive games and loosen up in passive ones. Combine this with position awareness and calculated aggression for consistent success!
@SpaceFortunaa90% of the math in this video is wrong pocket aces is not 1 in 221

@Mrtrips823as a new player to Texas Holdem i can say though t most of the video was a little confusing, but the best advice was in the end. To not go in big without almost guaranteed hands.
