It's absolutely absurd that investment companies were ever able to buy up thousands of homes.. inflating the market. It's always been about a government scam to artificially inflate housing prices for more property taxes. You may as allow large investment firms to buy up a large portion of oil and food and then resell it at an inflated rate. It shouldn't be just large institutions. It should be all institutions and corporations. They should have to sell their inventory.. as this should have never been able to happen in the first place. Then you would see the housing market more affordable as it should be.

They got all the single homes to multiple that market as well as apartment buildings. Arizona has indicated major players in basic anti-trust laws for buying properties, promising improvements but get higher rents, higher deposit rates, 3 times income over rent, Ect.
