@blitzkriegazteca642What Hungarian ''prisoners''? What ''nazi team''? Hyngarians were in alliance with Germany since 1941. Even after operation Margarita in march 1944 Hungarians were the most trusted allies of Germany in their fight with bolshewiks and they never betrayed them like Italians or Romanians. They fought even in Austria and Czechoslovakia in spring 1945 after retreat from their country after in fall to Russians in march 1945. Germans never fought with Hungarians in WW2 so rewriting history like that is as very ingorant thing.
@veers2883Bullshit! Instead of making a movie about the infamous "Game of death" Between Dynamo Kiev, and the Germans (... on which, the early 1980s movie "Victory" was based) these guys, are making movies about Hungarian foodball games! Such a bullshit!

@babaroga73I never saw the Hungarian film. But I have seen "Escape to Victory" multiple times. I just don't see how this movie tops "Victory." Before watching this film, I encourage you to see "Victory"- and then judge for yourselves which is better.
