So glad I came across your music. Every weekend after I wake up in the morning, I cleanse my space and sit down. I launch this album and I start to cleanse my vision with Sananga. Then I perform a Rapeh ceremony and as the first drumming part starts, the medicine kicks in. After the drumming part I have reached a deep meditative state where I let go completely. As I slowly come out of my meditation, I open my heart even more with a cup of ceremonial cacao I have pepared. I slowly sip my cacao as I stay in the flow of the music and I conclude my session by the end of the last track. For me this is the perfect combination for a wholesome start in the weekend, on saturday and sunday, around 7 o‘clock in the morning. Thank you so much for sharing this as it is my meditation companion for several weeks now. Blessings….
