The president of Syria has been against Alqaeda long before he became a president. He does not agree with them and he is absolutely not an extremist. Look out for the grabbing handshake to show power and strength followed by the patronising pat either on the back of the hand or on the back of the shoulder. The other things to see in Trump is the smirk instead of a genuine smile.
When he lies continuously look at his eyes this is when he makes every effort to look straight ahead and showing no emotion.
