mailTesterNinjaa is a good solution to catch weak addresses before they affect the campaign
@NinaGRINER-g1iThe volume insight is real but the infrastructure behind it matters just as much as the copy. Most people trying to replicate results like this are doing it manually from one inbox with no follow up sequence. The consistency of the send is what drives the numbers. Same leads, same copy, one running automatically every day versus one sent manually whenever you remember. The results are not even close.
@OTCONSCIsolid advice. i think people underestimate how much consistency matters in outreach. a lot of opportunities come from follow ups and long term relationship building rather than the first email
@soopazoupieThank you for the video ! I have been trying cold email for the last 6 months and not having any success. If there was one thing I can do that could help, would it be ? I am selling equipment to gyms by the way. I would be very grateful
@GeorgeEco-e1hafter this much of volume i bet deliverability becomes almost more important than the copy itself. feels like small things like list quality, verification, and sending habits make a massive difference once campaigns scale up right?
@AHopper17Thank you for the video. I hope that you are well. I started a job about three months ago where I sell equipment to gyms. I have had two responses out of a thousand. Is there anything I can change ? I am desperate to get some leads.
@GeorgeEco-e1hThatâs not Andre Tate, thatâs AndrewâŚ.Temu.
@OmniKingAugustSuper. Love this. Can you do MLN?
@agelesslivingchannelQuestion, when you finish an email campaign, do you ever do a closing email if they don't respond? like: "closing the loop here etc."
@avagrant1983im curious to see a follow up video to this given this was a year ago
@shandelshand9427I wonder. I would be happy if you researched more AI apps for both cold mails and newsletters. I am working on upping my cold mails and newsletter but feel confused about what work and not work..â¤
@PernillaSimonssonKhammarI built a system for myself which color the template and send via 5 sender emails to avoid spam and also changes subject line and split template aswell with a random delay between each email
@Rapid-reels-786Thank you for the video. I recently started a role where I am cold emailing. I don't seem to be getting any response. I would be grateful for some advice. thank You
@GeorgeEco-e1hI searched for HVAC air conditioners install and repairs but none of the dropdowns include this
@lengreenhall2724Honestly a lot of this is solid advice. The social signals stuff, the "show your work" trick where you cite SimilarWeb so the prospect blames them if the data's wrong, and the Clay waterfall ICP setup are probably the most useful things in here. But a few things jumped out.
The 3-email hard cap is way more aggressive than most data actually supports. Instantly's own benchmark report found that while Email 1 pulls in the majority of replies, emails 2 through 4 still contribute a meaningful chunk. Most large-scale studies land on 4 or 5 as the sweet spot before you start getting marked as spam. Cutting it at 3 works fine for broad spray-and-pray campaigns but you're probably leaving real pipeline on the table, especially if you're selling something higher value.
Also, and this is a small one, the Mark Twain quote isn't actually Mark Twain. That one goes back to Blaise Pascal in 1657. Twain gets credited with it constantly but never said it. Doesn't change the point at all, just one of those things.
The omnichannel finding is the one I'd want to hear more about. One experiment with one portfolio company showing that blasting each channel separately matched a carefully threaded sequence is genuinely interesting, but it's a pretty thin sample to build a rule from. Most of the B2B research out there actually points the other direction. Coordinated sequences tend to outperform isolated channel blasts pretty handily. Would love to see that tested at scale.
And the 40 to 60% open rate target is a little misleading given how Apple's privacy protection inflates those numbers now. Industry-wide cold email open rates were closer to 27 or 28% in 2024. It's still a decent deliverability signal since spam folder emails won't trigger the tracker, but it's not really measuring what it used to.
None of that changes the core message though. Keep inbox volume low, use social signals, test real hypotheses instead of tweaking your CTA wording, and don't let AI write your whole email. That stuff all holds up.
very insightful video, especially not using i for the copy crafting - those are too generic.
The most important part in cold emailng though is the proper infrastucture. I do cold emails for over 3 years now, and the only provider i would suggest is Maildoso. Decent smtp and google workspace mailbox provider.
All these âsecret formulasâ (PC, PEC, PPCâŚ) are just repackaged common sense. People act like cold email is rocket science. Itâs not â most fail because their offer sucks.
@jit_mahtoThis guy cold emails. +1 for part 2
@testy_coolBad frameworks, looks like every other email in the inbox.
@abhishekhumney3663Thanks for the value sir.
