WHY do our laws across the world, exclude previous offending behaviours and convictions??? I'm sorry - this is not about prejudicing a jury. This is about them making completely informed decisions about those who are a danger to society. Clearly, no rehabilitation was achieved from his earlier stints in jail - second strike and sorry, you don't get the opportunity for a third, fourth, fifth....

20 years is NOT ENOUGH time to compensate for taking the life of a beautiful young woman who had her whole life ahead of her , at least IMO . I say -- lock him up until he breathes his last breath . It is truly the ONLY WAY that the public will be safe from his vile thoughts & his even more vile actions !!!

The judicial system should be held accountable due to the laws allowing to be put back out in the street and have the community fear for their lives
@WillisFinchWhy does their judicial system allow these people to be released only to commit the same crime again. They should never be released again.

@fionabryant7923To those who commented that the narrator is instilling fear in her narrative, well, she shouldn’t be sounding flat or cheery for this kind of documentaries, should she?
@izzafareezimanRepeat 😮
@BrandiRichards-f4mGeez. This narrator is all about instilling fear. Stop the fear-mongering just to add drama.
@DAnna639Families are important but that doesnt give u right to protect them after commiting these terrible crimes
