Why does the US Administration continue playing games with this Regime? It is quite apparent you can not deal nor trust them. The only way is with military might and with troops on the ground if necessary which surely would be welcomed by more than 80% of the people to take out and end this Regime. It's apparent tbe US does not have the conviction nor guts to finish this job after promising the Iranian public change was coming.

Any proof of life regarding the leader of Iran? As to the story starting on the beach, the comment was made about the crowds at the beach, but hardly anyone is in the view shown. My last house $800k with a 2.75% mortgage, after Covid, $1.6 million with an up to 8% mortgage as the rates were in October, 2023. Thanks to FED policies raising rates after artificially holding them too low for too long, allowing values to skyrocket.....then when Covid scare ended, prices were able to stay high because few were able to move due to rates and elevated prices. With very few homes on the market, prices continued to escalate due to supply/demand issues.
