This is the BEST chakra activation, if that is the right word, video I've ever used. There was a moment when I started using this where I felt myself shoot straight up hundreds of feet into the air and I felt perfectly safe, however, I was annoyed by the Maya, I get frustrated when I start feeling like I am on a swing set, it can be hard to focus but the shooting straight out of my body in way the felt so safe was pretty awesome.
