Really love these work outs but it's not good for a 7.5stone person iv lost weight and down to 6.10stone. I would highly recommended these workouts as they do help you lose the weight.

Hi just saw this and i want a change aways so tired and sleeping a lot so i need a big change. Im thinking cutting sweets and sodas. I'm nit eating takeaways anyway always cooking from scratch. But i need to move as well so this looks fun and i have always loved dancing. I'm also a diabetic in my 50s.

I found this one. I am a 55 year old woman and weigh 178 i wanna get to 160 pounds. I have a hard time losing my upper stomach fat. I cut calories changed my diet and walk twice daily plus do your workouts and dumbbells and situps.
