5 Stages of Spiritual Awakening... Which Stage Are You In?

I went from 1 to 3 to 4 to 5 and 2

It makes sense that people might go back and forth between the different stages when they're going through a spiritual awakenkng. That's where I'm at right now. I can relate to pretty much all of these.

I think it can be difficult when you realize you might actually go back and forth between the different stages.

Probably between stage 2 & 3 and having trauma realisations as well

It's not an ego death, it's a process of healing. Many people think it's some kind of death because it hurts a lot, that's it...

My question is, can a person go through the process in reverse, meaning, ego death happening AFTER the other stages, not near the beginning? Speaking about my own experience, I had visions as a child. In my adult life I've been a truth-seeking in terms of societal, psychological, history, sciences, religions and their history, all while being on a spiritual journey and practice that has revealed the machinations of ego identity. Recently I've had some personal break-throughs resulting in love for self and acceptance of others close to me and their unconscious stage. It feels like I've been on a slow journey of awakening, but I'm yet to experience ego death. From reading comments here, people seem to have followed the same path as the channel owner. Has anyone else here had a journey that followed the same trajectory as my own?

I call mine midlife transformation.

Never considering niche disabled people who can't even think like this in order to be on their "fate" journey, this sort of talk ends up less helpful and more harmful than they're intended by creating an ego complex.

i am feeling stuck , ig i went thro my spiritual awakening in last 2 months nd i was having this feeling of being special , chosen nd different nd life felt so magical , so beautiful .
I realised i developed this spiritual ego alongside but i dont want to be egoistic , its just sad nd i am now trying to see everything with a different lens , a completelyyy different way of seeing life and things and it just feels scary , i feel like i dont wanna learn more

I don’t get it. How can you ego be dead at stage 2 and at stage 3 your ego is all in searching for a meaning.

For me happend everything at the same moment of ego death. I watched mooji videos and in just one second I had no thoughts, the deepest stillness, no labeling for nothing my walking my talking changed. Closing eyes was like Being nothing. Everything was like nothing. Crazy that we even walk in a specific way to show people who we are ^^. .. i accedently touched a hit played but it was not hot, it was just what it was. ^^ so even pain and fear is labeling. but clearly I’m back in ego mode. After 2 days in this let’s say Mode I somehow build and believed in a thought. Then I started to think ( felt like talk loud to myself) to get back in ego, because I somehow believed in a stupid thought and wanted back in ego mode not realizing the thought was thought be ego ^^. This was years ago. Never got back their. My ego don’t let me even try it 😂

How to accept the most bitter part about ourselves? I will speak very bluntly. I have used swear words in private for a parent because i felt hurt by them. I didnt realize i was so bitter.

~~~ is it not ego (THOUGHT/duality/illusion) alone that can imagine, define, and declare being 'Spiritually Awakened'?
To be Saved/Enlightened realizes that there is no 'you' to be Enlightened, no 'you' to be "Spiritually Awakened". All is One/God!
'Spirituality' is Hell's delusionally vain version, through a glass very darkly, of true Salvation/Enlightenment!

I've been losing a lot for a while , rising & falling but now it's like a massive drop. I'm wondering how much to go just trying to surrender & accept presently its very painful but I can take it. 🫶🏽😕

Man when does stage 4 end?

It’s amazing how much healing can come from things most people dismiss. I used to think energy work and spiritual guidance were nonsense until I actually tried it. Completely changed how I see myself and my path.

I feel like I have gone through all this, and I'm now happy with my life. Thankyou.

Im between stages 2 & 3, maybe both at the same time. Im shedding the automatic unconscious responses gradually, and have to catch myself. Meditation is helping me achieve this

For me
I started at the unconscious state stayed there for a while
Then went on to The search
Stayed there for a while then went back to the unconscious state stayed there for long time
Then went to Ego death and immediately went forward to life of alignment where there's peace and appreciation for just being

This awakening process doesn't seem to be a linear experience for me. Instead of advancing through the stages, I find myself going back and forth...each time reaching a little further but also going back to the beginning. This helped me to see that now. Thank you!

That's why I say you don't need rudraksha, rosary etc to practice spirituality

Spirituality is for the spirits which means it's for the soul... that's why I say spirituality don't requires materialistic things as soul is beyond physical objects

In the searching stage, this past year was so lonely and brutal- spent many months alone
