Very doable workout to get back into it when you've not been active for a while, all the moves were quite simple and felt nice and the plank bit is just enough for a challenge :)

Day 1- took a few breaks finished some exercises early
Day 2- took a break bc i needed to take my medicine and took a longer break in the middle to write this comment
Day 3- shaking at some bits and had to cut it short bc i had a flare up and i went to emergency care
Day 4- bit shaky but no extra breaks!
Day 5- bit shaky but less than day 4

day -2 done, took breaks again during the side kicks however they were lesser than yesterday, also i corrected my posture a lot sobs
day 3 - done, didn't take breaks except for when doing the sidekicks yay
day - 4 done, took two breaks during sidekicks
day 5 - done, took a few second breather during sidekicks
day 6 - done, almost took no breaks through the whole exercise
day 7 - done, same as yesterday
