World War One (All Parts) (age-restricted)

Video Overview & Insights

All 5 parts of Epic History TV's history of World War One in one place (re-edited in 2021). From the Schlieffen Plan to the Versailles Treaty, a global history of the entire conflict.

This is our WW1 compilation video, originally released in 2016. Unfortunately, the original was demonetized and made 18+ by YouTube, presumably because of the very few (and carefully chosen) photographs of war dead (no actual reason was given). This was frustrating not only for the obvious financial reasons, but because the video was intended as an educational resource. The video has now been re-edited to remove some of the more explicit photographs. Hopefully YouTube will allow this version to remain available to those of all ages seeking to learn more about this important episode of history. Spoiler: history repeats itself, and although a human being (normally...) doesn't stumble over the same stone twice, humanity as a whole not only stumbles but actually keeps the stone, only to come back and trip over it again and again. Greetings from Ecuador, a country in South America.

#EpicHistoryTV #WorldWarOne #WW1

I was under mandatory draft orders 1920 after WW1 they said a minimum of 16 years was required to replenish the armed forces and while I was in about 8 years in they had already started saying Europe was having new problems by 1932 I was deployed to Africa during some peace talks some European nations started to invade and it was 1934 I was deployed to the center of Italy as an army airborne Sargent. So the dates recorded they don’t make sense. I’m guessing in history they don’t want to remember as accurately to help those who won feel better about the stain on their own memory of existing here.

Germans really were the uchihas back in the day😂

Germany is blamesless in the 1st one. They tried to get britain to calm russia down with their mobilizationing. They didn't and of course Germany had to get aggresive and then they get blamed for the whole thing at the end, creating a hitler and making ww2 inevitable

I come away with the feeling that our European friends have amnesia when it comes to war and loss. What a nightmare.

The most amazing part is that you’re basically watching a map the entire time, yet the animations, music, sound effects, and visuals make it feel like a movie. I especially love the narration—the accent, voice, tone, and pacing are just perfect.
Thank you for creating such great videos!

I wish there was also a world war narrative from the colonies under main war parties! Iran not being a war party nor a colony lost milions to the famine caused by british army!
