Human mankind is in danger. The transition from being a social animal to an island is here. Inspire of being “available’ all the time, we are still unavailable.. Focus is zero because of the habits we cultivated around watching shorts. There is information and wisdom all over but we don’t have the sense nor patience to use it in the right place at the right time. Our habit of reacting responding judging on everything is a reflex. Comparison is another issue. Because everyone is everything online. The inspiration is fake. These podcasts, all teachings should be members only and real time offline only, like before. Then only there will be value.. then only people will experience their own experience. Right now we are living everyone else s experience.. which is mostly not real.. but reel.. I know a 23 yo who feels like a failure..

He is absolutely right about most of the things but he said bullshit about work-life balance, in US they get money what they deserve they go to holidays after every third month, you see their working hours in December, they take a off for the doctor’s appointment, they only work 8 hour not more than that, if they are sick they would not force to come and sit in the office, they get medical benefits, they have 2 days off everywhere and they are still best in what they do, you would want a fresh mind and brain in your office rather than someone who is exhausted less motivated less paid and constantly thinking about I might get replaced.. Indian companies are very very pathetic when it comes to work life balance, holidays, happiness, these CEO’s will earn in CR but their companies will not increase the salaries for years, the entire podcast is good, learnt a lot but he said shit about work life balance, I have been working in US based company for more than 8 years and I know how things works their how it works here.
