Before man solve a problem, people should firstly question, why people should solve this problem and whether this problem is necessary to be solved?

How tf could you equate Americans from average universities to Chinese people from one of the best educational institutions in the world?? you should've gotten students from MIT or Harvard to at least level the playing field

@ssskits8747
@

The answer to the riddle contains a logical fallacy: denying the antecedent. "If lying sends you to hell" does not imply "if you don't lie, you won't go to hell." Other reasons for going to hell may still exist.🤔

If the rope does not burn consistently, you can just wait for it to burn to halfway. For instance what if it takes 5 mins to burn 90% of the rope, and the last 10% takes 55 mins? Then it will only have taken around 3 minutes to get to halfway. If you burn from the other end it will have taken almost the full hour to get to halfway. If the rope burns inconsistently, and you dont know the different burn rates change throughout the rope, theres no way to measure it accurately.

12:30 is misleading. if rope isn't burning consistently then using half of the rope is meaningless. it could be that we reach half after just a few minutes and that the other half burns very quickly or that halves of both ropes are reached at different unknown times. you should have just said that you are only allowed to use the lighter

@guy_you_can_trust
@

Not to be that guy but how do you get hemispheres wrong🙏😭

@mapgies
@

3:40 yes there are 5 layers of atmosphere :)) I just google it :)) the question about the rope and lighter, the doors with 2 guards, I learnt them when I was in middle school. The doors with 2 guards question is basically the multiplication 1 x (-1) = -1 :))))) Team China answer is creative and they should have bonus point because they proved that they haven't known this puzzle before, unlike American team, that answer has formula already. The "examiner" should know that this kind of question doesn't have the "exact" answer, you say American team is right first because you don't understand the logic and just copy the answer in book.

@ingang8817
@

Im pretty sure the American students secretly listened and copied the answers of the Chinese students or else this is scripted

@Kroxed_whatisup

I’m a 6th grader bro these are mad easy dude this makes me want to go to Harvard, the atmosphere was crazy cause it was mad crazy cause south to west east to north done easy
