Hey, thank you for the informative video! Like you mentioned in the end, psychosis is possible. I don't have any history of psychosis in my family, so I thought I am safe trying lsd. Now, six years later, I am still on medication for schizophrenia, which I will probably be on for my entire life. I am mentally stable since two years now, thank god. But what I'm trying to say is, that you really have to evaluate the risks and benefits before consuming anything mind altering especially psychedelics. Psychosis like I said can happen, and let me tell you it's frightening and scary having a psychotic disorder. So evaluate and be cautious.

I have a serious question. Could psycadelics, through neuroplasticity, potentially help to heal a damaged brain that received stress from a drug related heart-stop?
I do have gotten better in the year that has passed since it happend, but I still cannot dream while I sleep or make plans about the future.
Im stuck in a never-ending loop of just living day by day and hour by hour.
It doesn't sound that bad, but it is actually torture.

The only bad trip I had was at a Dead concert where I ate a 4way blue star after drinking a case of beer. I think it was the beer that caused it. I know now it was the Bears Owsley hits.

I’ve never done any hallucinogenics (lsd, shrooms, dmt, etc) but I’ve always been curious. I’m subconsciously afraid I might have a bad trip/scary high which is precisely why I don’t think I should ever try it.

Dabled with acid again recently after a 5 year break, the best way i can describe it is that it felt like my mind and soul have been renwewed, i no longer feel depressed or anxious or anything bad, i feel completly clean and like a reset button has been hit in my brain and im no longer worried or stressed about anything. would highly recomend to those suffering from any sort of guilt/shame/trauma/mental health issues, its done me the world of good!

I think the individuals mind not being able to comprehend the experience could easily lead to such a ptsd response that the mind itself is what determines it's own outcomes.

@aoipack4199This was fun to interpret while dosed with around 800mics. I wasn't counting and just swallowed a ten strip cause it was time to take off. English looks like English again, so that parts working. Coming onto a macro dose always gives me the wiggles but now that we are here and now, things are relative. Best drug ever. No calories, no carbon tax, no organ degradation, just the mind going as far as the imagination can push the boundaries of existence. The text looks less human and more symbolic of a failed pathway to communicate due to its primitive connections with underdeveloped organs resulting in something as comprehensive as a grunt. Yet you are reading it out loud in your minds. Can one hear a color, or taste a frequency? What station are you turned into right now? I'd love to be on a ham sandwich flavored pickle that sounds like an octopus garden and you can't know a damned thing about what I just said unless you are in the know. Are you? Are you present yet gone while all at once feeling the intertransdimensionalism of everything together? Can you read me? Or do you just taste my word salad and like it? @thomascraddock8697Taking LSD has a lifelong psychological effect on the ego- you spend the rest of your life boasting that you have taken the stuff, and the effect is felt on intelligent others- it bores their pants off. Good to understand the mechanisms here. Great for drug driving I am sure. Must do wonders for judgement.
@megapangolin1093I've tripped a lot. It will give you brain damage by frying the serotonin receptors. I cannot look at a wall or straight line without it moving. I always see colors and sparkly things everywhere all the time. Ive heard antioxidants can help prevent this. You have so much about seeing things and visuals. Which is part of the experience. But it's really the High that hits you. The way that it wakes up and opens your mind. Antioxidants can prevent brain damage.

@GoGHShrimpIn the summer 1973 I was part of a Green Giant crew in eastern Washington harvesting lima beans. We heard about a rock festival over on the coast and several of us crammed ourselves into a VW bug and drove over there. I was rather conservative and dropped either a 1/4 or 1/2 a hit; but, Frank took eight. He didn't say anything for 10 or 12 hours; but, he had a big grin on his face the whole time.

@julrifa2884How much LSD are you talking about? Did they pour it in there? Or did they just sample it? Isn't it safe to say the only thing it "does to the brain" is in the form of perception?
@jefferysmith9320LSD needs to be decriminalized and removed from scheduling as well as most psychedelics! There are some synthetic psychedelics that no one should ever mess with and will kill you so gotta be careful where you're getting it from!
