Are we serious? 18 million for some 3 bedroom apartment in a repurposed factory being passed off as historic. 18 Million dollars can get you a 8,000+ sqft house with a pool, tennis court, basketball court, a bunch of land and a 10 car garage pretty much anywhere in the US outside of NYC or LA

@bethtomkiw7234Love the apartment! Not a fan of the decor. It would be nice if that apartment had more artistic flavor to it. Instead of hiding the vinyls and books...display them. Add more plants on both floors. Add some art pieces in there. - I could see myself being on the rooftop alllllll the time! The rooftop is literally the best selling point of the whole apartment.

@oneforthemoney82I’m not sure why this 2-year old video came up in my feed, but… the loft is not great. Appliances look okay, but the wood and furnishings look cheap. For US$18M, I feel that it’s charging for the location itself.
