These comments are so insane. "If i had 18 million I'd buy this!"... Are we serious? 18 million for some 3 bedroom apartment in a repurposed factory being passed off as historic. 18 Million dollars can get you a 8,000+ sqft house with a pool, tennis court, basketball court, a bunch of land and a 10 car garage pretty much anywhere in the US outside of NYC or LA

Stunning house: you can feel the authentic New York atmosphere inside. Those exposed bricks, those wooden ceilings, that phenomenal terrace. A dream. Greetings from Italy.

Listing Description:

Undoubtedly the most spectacular PH loft & private roof-deck in central SoHo. This exquisitely crafted (published) trophy home is an architectural masterpiece, and offers 6500+ ft. of stunning interiors and astonishing private roof space. Unrivaled in scale, location and refinement, one would never suspect such an expansive and well-curated home sits atop this century-old historic building in quaint central SoHo.

Maintenance fees probably 25k a month, still pocket change

— @jeffng8580

Situated on one of Soho’s most coveted tree-lined central streets, 459 West Broadway is a well-managed 10-loft historic building with low monthlies, digital entry, massive private storage, and sensible building policies. This grand building sits on the widest and brightest street within SoHo’s Cast-Iron Historic District, and offers its residents privacy, discretion, and comfort. World-class location – in less than 2 mins you are seated at Raoul’s, Sadelle’s, Blue Ribbon, Cipriani, Felix, Lupa, countless café’s& galleries, etc. Rare opportunity to call this spectacular one-of-a-kind trophy property your private oasis well above SoHo Proper.

I would never leave this place! They'd find my body in it! lol I would totally change the bookshelves built into the window to be completely open. Also, not crazy about the Vanity in the master bathroom. Otherwise incredible space!

Absolutely gorgeous—my dream home!!

Love the apartment! Not a fan of the decor. It would be nice if that apartment had more artistic flavor to it. Instead of hiding the vinyls and books...display them. Add more plants on both floors. Add some art pieces in there. - I could see myself being on the rooftop alllllll the time! The rooftop is literally the best selling point of the whole apartment.

18M is crazy for those fairly average finishes. I guess it's location and SqFt.

@saltamonte777

Totally disagree with most of the comments here. For 18,000,000$ this place looks cheap, old, poorly designed, and no where near what i'd expect for 18,000,000 - even in New York. Let alone the fact what 18,000,000$ buys you anywhere else on earth, this apartment with this price tag is a joke.

I’m not sure why this 2-year old video came up in my feed, but… the loft is not great. Appliances look okay, but the wood and furnishings look cheap. For US$18M, I feel that it’s charging for the location itself.

I'd be happy here. I have about $300 for the down payment however but could pay $100 a month for the next 180,000 years.

So for the second guest bedroom, where is their bathroom? Did I miss it? Why wouldn’t they also have an en-suite?

No way it’s worth 18 mill…no way. Pathetic. For me even 1/2 of that is expensive. No way.

18 million only gets you a place in ny, other parts pf the world you can get just acres and acres for that, in london, 6 million for the most you would want, in south america 18 million can get you just amazing stuff

I was in NY in the Seventies, large lofts like this were going for $100,000, before redevelopment.
