Strength training is extremely important for overall physical fitness and weight loss as well. I recommend doing the weight training workout that is linked at the end of this video.

@odettesassone9073I love this workout, Lauren! I've tried others, but their workouts are too fast. I have noticed that my fasting glucose reading in the morning is lower when I use your videos to workout. In other instances, my readings are higher than normal. I've read that Cortisol levels go up when your workouts are to strenuous. Your workouts are kind to my body; that makes consistent workouts doable. Blessings! More please.❤

@kkarunanaHi Lauren I love all your videos, I like to spend about an hour in the mornings doing the cardio for weight loss. In the afternoon I spend about an hour doing cardio and strength training. Would it be better if I spent two hours doing them all together.
