Virtual Reality (VR) Public Speaking Practice Stage: Audience of 16

Video Overview & Insights

This VR 360° video is part of a FREE online course available at:

For those, whoever come here and read my comment, I was the one who always used to afraid of people, even in the class when teacher ask me the question, my voice and hands are shaken. Then somehow, I started my career as teacher, and since my first time teaching the class, in front of students, I make myself to become 1% better. And I start to feel like I'm entertaining, I'm playing, I'm giving them the knowledge. So, when I look up this video, those eyes, I somehow got the energy to finish my presentation, sale pitch or whatever. My point for overall, don't be afraid and start to feel like you are entertaining them.

Tips for Nervousness and Blanking out mid-speech:
1. Burn the extra adrenaline (walks, push-ups, jumping jacks, etc.}
2. Show your hands and use it as a tool to convey your message
3. Eye Contact (It isn't as bad as it seems trust me)
4. Pause (gives you time to think about what to say next likewise for the audience)
5. Speak slowly (avoids rambling and relaxes your nerves)
