That servant parable sounds just like most mother's every day, at the end of a working Day prepare and serve a meal for the family, and in the family serve Jesús.

Bishop Barron, thank you so very much. My faith truly started June 15th, 2006 when knocking on deaths door due to the unbreakable chain of alcoholism had me in it's powerful grips. I, shaking from the night before, was sitting in my car after an appointment with a Dr who specializes with alocoholism and drug addiction and I had a moment of clarity which I looked up and said "If you're really there, if there truly is God, save me and I'll be yours?!" and something happened. It wasn't a voice, nor some bright light, but instead a slight feeling of hope in my soul. Almost like, I might alright. From that day, I've prayed, not much for myself other then direction for His sake but for others, and I walked into Alcoholics Anonymous and took their suggestions, get a sponsor, do the steps, get a homegroup, and do service, and through all that, other than a relapse that was for 2.5 months in the summer of 2021, I've remained sober but for the Grace of God. "Faith"... a surrender of TRUST ?? That's a 'fool's errand" . Why trust in ANYTHING that can't be proven to be TRUE or Fact ?? Anything else is mere OPINION. And should rational beings invest trust in things that can't be proven true ??? I'm confident that kind of reasoning is the gist of much of the intellectual & emotional chaos in the human world. By perceiving trust to be the intellectual equal of mere faith. They are NOT !! I'm confident one of the main reasons humans turn to 'fantasy' such as religion is because they're seeking 'deliverance' away from the REAL WORLD. A world that couldn't care less whether or not we humans are 'happy". We've set ourselves up on some kind of pedestal because of [supposed] Reasoning ?? But from observing lower specie behavior, I don't see where humans are really all that great. For example, as far as I can see... humans are the ONLY specie that Purposely destroys its natural environment & produces technological weapons of mass destruction. Many or most other species engage in the same kind of behavior to cheat, mislead, steal, 'murder' etc. But we humans are the only ones that purposely and for selfish reasons destroy the natural environment. Now tell me... what specie is the 'smartest' ?? I'm inclined to conclude that even orangutans are 'smarter' then homo sapiens.

I'm a 57 year old woman married of 32 years going through a divorce still living with my husband and two of my five children. I have lost faith. I've been going to both churches worshipping, praying and always did or tried to do the right th8ng. Leaving about something ad someone for a reason of HIPA act has taken me to go down another road but right now im ready to be without home, car and phone. Were and how to handle that. Im alone and ready to give up. The last time I ga b e up jesus came to me for 6and a half years I gave myself to follow everything he asked but this is c were I am know

Yes, beloved Bishop Robert Barron, each person has specific accomplishment...God hopes We'll choose to endure then achieve. And Heaven can toss at each of us a terrible enemy of our goal-- yet, towards the end, achievement point, only then, We realize WHY we ended up in a certain work, moved to a certain town. We each have an astounding reward ...if we keep any vow we made to God, if we endure real danger- yet achieve it. Justice is important to God. People in afterlife await Justice. Only law enforcement has TWO (2) guardian angels, said archangel female chief justice who stayed with me after my only parent murdered close in front of me age 2. We are blessed- though we don't understand until the end of each ...test we achieve. Thanks. Together, all of us, make a better world.

Yes, trust in God's plan, that is what I am doing Bishop Barron. This is far beyond any human limitations of our own understandings. I am a baptised Catholic Woman called to Consecrate the Eucharist. And it is a beautiful grace. Such revelations from the Holy Spirit, are also being carried and voiced by so many of the faithful, that show in recent stats from many many countries, the high number favouring women priests and women deacons. It will come. Trust in God's plan. I have and it is now over 20 years. 'God's time'.
