There are a few that was considered Great Gangster Movies; but to me Goodfellas was not one of them ... Too Much talking about the movie, which spoiled it.

@KoolmoeceeExcellent list of crime films but not all of them are actual gangster films!!!! Fyi , most movies about drug dealers & bank robbers or heist films or even con artists, are definitely not "gangster" movies!!!! Neither are most black American "hood" films for the most part yet everyone keeps mixing all these genres up together like they are!!!!!
Ill give u a list of films for example that are definitely are not considered "gangster" films but consider them regardless cuz they don't know the actual difference :
