I don't trust that any of those probiotic drinks work unless you have very mild stomach issues. I had SIBO(small intestine bacteria overgrowth) and was prescribed a prescription strength probiotic that did absolutely nothing.

It seemed short lived relief w the Activia yogurts. The best thing I've found so far to literally cure my IBS and CVS(cyclic vomiting syndrome) is cutting all the processed foods, seed oils and carbs. Carnivore has literally cured soooo much for me
