Love this topic, I am a Stress Expert too. Develop self-awareness of your charge is the key for transformation. Most of us, like me 10 years ago, are NOT AWARE of our levels of stress and how much battery we have. There is something to share here, there are 2 batteries: BODY (physical/mechanical energy) and SPIRITUAL (invisible, subtle energy) Sometimes even when our body is in 10%, but we are motivated, working with passion, in the flow, bringing true value to others, our spiritual battery is 100% so we can keep running for a while.
Thank you Jay for this. Happy Youtube recommend me this 1 year old video, so valuable.

Find healthy ways to recharge. You can make it!
Stressout, burnout, is NOT NORMAL.
Take care!
Love you all!

Identifica. Marca cert (C) o fals (F)

I'm not a native speaker. We studied English at school. One time, I wrote something like "I want you to know..." in a school essay. The teacher's eyes lit up. She joyfully, mockingly, told me I'd written it abnormally. She hinted that "I want you" is a way of saying things about other things, for adults.
What was that even?
