The Scorched Earth Plan to Reduce Taxes Overseas

Video Overview & Insights

Join the Best Offshore Conference - Nomad Capitalist Live 2022 - on September 21-24 in the most vibrant city in the world, Mexico City:

As a Canadian this posses me off so much with how strict they are.

This video just scaled the deal, tax evasion is the only effective way to get the best of both worlds. I dont want to permanently cut ties from the PLACE I WAS BORN!

But it's also unfair for me to continue to be subjected to tyrannical taxes which I dont consent too. Luckily my income is very easy to hide so screw the government they can suck my dick. I'll make an Airbnb account with a fake name & load it up with giftcards & rent nice places with that when I travel, it'll be impossible for them to track as there is no paper trail linked to me. I'll just try to hide the major stuff, like get a long-term car rental, or "buy" a car in cash but ask the owner to add me on as a registered co-owner instead of fully transfering the vehicle so there is no point of sale where I need to prove my income.

But it's not fair that I have to do these things to continue living where I was born while Indians dont have to pay any tax just cause their ancestors were born here? Screw that, they can suck my balls. Those cry babies got conquered once & whine about it for hundreds of years, how many time s throughout history have countries in Europe been conquered? Legit hundreds, if not thousands. It was a hot bed of war & genocide for thousands of years.

All our ancestors are victims & you dont see us crying over it, Native Indians are so annoying, whining like babies cause they lost a couple wars a few hundred years ago. Gee what happened to all of Europe 70 years ago, or half of Europe being occupied by the Soviet Union just 30 years ago. Natives should shut up & stop complaining, everyone's nationality has lost wars in the past, you ain't unique.

Check out our article: How to Avoid Paying Taxes

In Canada either the payor deducts or withholds your taxes to a foreign company. In Canada , you must declare all income worldwide. So there is no way in reducing..or eliminating.. when and if you move out Canada still gets there
Money or u are evading. This does not work. Maybe delaying. You cannot leave your country.. u are still paying taxes at source. You advise seems to be misleading.

After being in this business for so long, we have come across numerous different tax misconceptions.

Does the days test work for non millionaires canadians who only work 182 days or less in canada then leave?
Im just a [high 5 figure if working part time or 6 figure working all yr ]income wage earner so i need some other passport thats cheap.
im quebecois and cree and probly had great grandparents from polish, german ukrainian and russian on dads side
whats my best option?
I dont like canadian winters, dont have children or wife and very little family left i need to visit or see often. Nor do i own real estate or any one thing worth more than a $7000 dollar car or any investments in canda or bank accounts with more than enough money to just pay bills.
would puerto rico be a good place to move to when not working?

US citizens, on the other hand, are subject to citizenship-based taxation, which means they are always US tax residents and must pay tax on their worldwide income no matter where they live.

Either way, if you are a tax resident of a country that taxes your worldwide income, it doesn’t matter where the money is earned, you are required to pay taxes on it.

For an American (and others I guess) Do you have to pay for all unrealized capital gains on your investments? Are you then needing to focus on stock market or whatever type investments that are outside the US stock market? The problem for me personally is Europe is really the only place I want to live and Spain is top of the list. It hits such a higher quality of life for what my tastes or desires to live abroad have/hold. I think those European places would be a larger tax hit over time with my investments than America?

If you live in Canada and you own investment properties in the United States, you’re still liable for tax on that income in Canada. Through tax credits and treaties between the US and Canada, you’re probably not going to pay anything more than you pay to the United States but you’re still liable for it.

Most of these countries will dictate that if you own, control, or have beneficial ownership of a foreign corporation while living and paying taxes in their country you are going to be taxed by that country on your corporation as if it were based in your home country.

As a US citizen, if I move to Puerto Rico and establish a home there for more than the minimum period to show residency, can I take advantage of capital gains (CG) taxation on highly appreciated assets, like selling stock that I had invested in 2 - 3 years prior? I bought 50K shares of a stock at $10/shr which has now appreciated to $60/shr., showing a $50/shr CG and now living in PR, will I be able to shelter most of the US tax from (ostensibly 20% + Obamacare 3% = 23%) down to 10%? Do I need to wait the full ½ yr +1 days before I sell the stock, or can I sell it at any time and live in PR for over the min ½ yr + 1 days and defer the higher tax?

You can’t simply go to Belize once a year for a board meeting when you’re a Canadian tax resident and avoid paying tax because you didn’t take the money with you.

In this video, Andrew opens a secret what he calls the scorched earth plan to reduce taxes overseas.

Nomad Capitalist is amazing ! You have transformed many people's lives for the better ! Freedom to live and work from any place in the world !

I know a lady that sold her house for $250,000 back in 2013 and then used that money to buy around 2500 bitcoins. She left the USA with plans to never return or file another tax return. I still talk to her sometimes on FB and she said that she has never been questioned by any US agency.

Andrew Henderson and the Nomad Capitalist team are the world's most sought-after experts on legal offshore tax strategies, investment immigration, and global citizenship. We work exclusively with seven- and eight-figure entrepreneurs and investors who want to "go where they're treated best".

The best way is to change the mindset, these entities feed off the negative energy that we emanate when there is large scale depression and demoralization. The human spirit is what they are after, anyone who thinks this is about money or taxes is not paying attention.

Our growing team of researchers, strategies, and implementers add to our ever-growing knowledge base of the best options available. In addition, we've spent years studying the behavior of hundreds of clients in order to help people get the results they want faster and with less effort.

About Andrew: https://nomadcapitalist.com/about/

If you have a decent amount of money or assets then pretty much all western country governments will share tax information. You have to declare residency in your chosen country and pay the difference in the other. Try hiding it. You'll get busted and pay fines 3 times what you think you're going to benefit.

I've been listening to you for a couple of weeks now, and I feel so defeated. I am a simple employee that makes 50k a year... No business no nothing.

Is there a way for me to benefit from anything you say, or is this exclusive to business owners/businessmen? Thanks!

"Fair share of taxes," according to the politicians:
1) State your full name, address and SSAN.
2) List all income, from whatever sources derived.
3) Send it all in to us.

you come to Ukraine, collect debts to Ukrainian banks and micro-credit organizations, then you crawl under fire to the Russian side, where all your debts are canceled, and all your property is sacred and inviolable. just in case, you change your surname to Ukrainian - Henderovsky, or Hendorenko, or Russian - Henderov, or Henderin. in any case, your last name will sound rather indecent. but, after all, these are trifles, aren't they? for full confidence, I recommend joining Ramzan Kadyrov's squad and letting go of the beard. A friend failed to send her driver’s license back to the state. The license expired when she was gone for 4 years. She returned and checked to see if she could get a driver’s license in that state while she was visiting for 90 days and was immediately hit with charges of failing to file her taxes when she was no longer a citizen as her citizenship was reinstated by the government.

Stop mentioning puerto rico so much. Indigenous puerto ricans are feeling pushed out by english speaking anglo saxons and are pushing against so many people moving there. Puerto rico cant accomodate 330million people.

This works well. Get rid of your stuff and cut ties. I did when I left NZ - sold everything. Told IRD I had no assets and did not intend to return. Asked to do a final tax return - they agreed, asked for my overseas address and finalised my tax affairs. Easy AS. Expected a lot more grief but it was painless

Scourged earth. Withdrawal of Federal funding for the Health Welfare and Education. A portfolio which does not fulfil it responsibility to receive the conditional federal grant monies. Could reduce the population tax burden but which one of those high Canadian pay taxes. Since they are legally described as a terrorist…Organized Crime trafficking in human beings for the purpose of identity theft and illegal Eugenics Genocide to the white Caucasian Canadian population. They pay taxes. No. However back to topic. Scourge the earth with the withdrawal of federal public funding for the Health Welfare and Education portfolio.
