The Real Reason Your Habits Keep Failing and the 7 TINY Fixes That Actually Work!

Video Overview & Insights

Do you have a quick way to reset when you’re overwhelmed?

When you're hungry nkor?😫

— @IdaraAlfred-e4t

What’s something you wish worked better when you try to reset?

Today, Jay introduces a simple yet powerful 7-Day Micro Habit Reset, a series of small, intentional habits to help you pause, realign, and begin again with a clear mind and a calm heart. If you’ve been feeling drained, distracted, or disconnected from your goals, Jay reminds us that meaningful change doesn’t come from completely reinventing your routine, it starts with the small, mindful shifts you make every day.

After 18 years, my husband just left and won’t speak to me. I’ve tried everything to get him back, but I can’t stop thinking about him. It hurts so much.

Jay, even in cultures where nothing is known about breath work, have you been for a prep class for women who are about to birth a human? What is it they train, anywhere in the world, they train to go through one of the worst pains they likely experience in their lives by focussing on their breath. The baby takes its first breath and the mother focusses on hers to be able to give birth. This is when I thought, we all know that independent of culture.

I agree with some of this, but there are a lot of us who go to work when it's still dark. For that reason its frustrating when I hear go outside first thing. Maybe give us an alternative?

Thanks for the video and these useful points, I like the monk story you mentioned for breathing and the clean the table / clutter in your mind, and whenever you are going to waste your time by taking your phone for scrolling or doing anything useless ask your future self if it will thank you for this or make you feel guilty. Awesome
