Speaking to those that feel instantly overwhelmed by this:
You should not attempt all of this in one day. Pick one thing to try/do/improve every day. If you did, I'm proud of you! Try another if you can. If you did not, I hear you, initiation is HARD, let's try one tomorrow. After a little while you will start to notice that you feel better, probably not "good", but "less bad", and that's the point; feel better today so you can feel better tomorrow. I love you. Good luck!

Question: What is more important and when?

Nothing has ever been more real. I really like that both versions enjoyed pizza in bed. It’s all in the intention.

Its true though... Nobody is coming to save you, and Everything you do or choose to think or choose to act ... is a choice... You cant control the world or people or events outside of yourself, but you can choose how you react to them... and once you see that... Its an incredible power and the world opens up to you... Im learning this now...

I had gone through both, been trying to motivate myself by choice

@ShadowlystMentum
@

It doesn't start in the morning, it starts at the night before. Are we able to convince our mind to sleep on time? One good decision leads to another, one bad decision does the same.

@aaradhyamestry
@

Girl, i got a sleep disorder. Staying in bed isnt a choice. Its a fight for survival

It feels more like, “You’re not organized or productive enough again.”

As a perfectionist who constantly demands too much of myself, I’m often completely exhausted, both mentally and physically, and this just feels like another reminder that I’ve failed in every aspect of life once again.

I don’t know what my life will look like in six months, but I do know that I can easily get lost in a three-hour playthrough of some indie game and, for once, stop feeling like the whole world depends on me.

Sometimes it’s important to do something without constantly pushing or overcoming yourself. You can’t live in that state forever.

My choice is to be happy, and for that, you don’t have to be perfect 24/7.

@mikilaim5407
@

This is more like a person with burnout or depression. It doesn't mean that sitting on the phone is bad, it can be a way to live such a state.
Waking up early all your life "correctly" and living it "correctly" is consistently impossible (in my opinion).
This is just an illusion imposed by social networks. If a person wants, they will live these moments without gadgets. If not, it is their choice and does not mean that they are unproductive. Because every information or action gives reason for reflection 💭

@geoeira
@

horrifying. thank you for this.

@reni0800
@

WTF is this shit? How does it „motivate” me to do anything? By shaming people who eat a whole pizza for dinner? Don’t get me wrong, I understand the problem of phone addiction. But by just saying „don’t do that, it’s wrong” they won’t help or motivate anyone.
And no fucking way I am making a bed and eating rice cakes… How is this connected to phone?

@joannaksyta1215
@

Anna, can you make a short film with the same idea of the whole day, except you have an inconsistently good day? In this short film the whole day is either terrible or ideal. But I would like to see one where she wants to do it right, slips now and then, but in the end it was a successful day of learning & growing. ❤
