Don't pick same rolls.
Don't one-trick, adjust to map.
Try counter more than 1 oppponent brawler.
Check opponent bans and first pick to guess the comp or pick an equivalent to opponents' banned brawler.

Gem grab, pick one aggro/win-condition, controller and a gem carrier. (prioritize more win-conditions for gemgrab specifically)
(would prefer the roles listed for every ranked mode)
