This video right here made me start YouTube. I always tell myself I will be the turning point in my bloodline and change the narrative of how life should be instead of being stuck in the 9-5 cycle. I will always be grateful for my parents for working so hard, as that taught me in order to achieve the things you want you have to go out of your comfort zone. Man - his parents sound like a dream. Compared to the utter useless (divorced) morons that I had.

McConaughey is a natural intellect and emotionally deep but he hasn't had enough hardship for his advice to be relatable to the majority. Being a single, working, disabled multiracial female (aka a major minority in the TX Hill Country) who busts it after work helping suffering animals in need every day on a tiny salary when I can barely walk with most joints nearly all gone, his advice just doesn't apply at all but I respect him and all he does. Kudos to my fellow Texan on being a good family man, accomplished person, and being a role model for other men.❤ Lord knows we need more good family men in TX (at least based on my experiences) and it sounds like McConaughey is helping pave the way for that

This is a note for myself that I want to come back to later. I finally started last month. I want to be a content creator. I have never found joy the same as what I’m doing now. I’ve been so worried about my friends finding out, or certain family members. I started a video business and realized I need to do more for myself other than just chasing money. I need to be remembered. I started with gaming videos, and I’m slowly upgrading to more in the future but for now, I keep working in order to help me get married and start my life, but every single second I have I work on my videos. I finally feel some excitement and joy in knowing this is what I want to do. I’ll be back in one year when my “Myself in one year” video comes out.
