Relive the defining anthems of the 2000s that dominated radio, MTV, and global charts. This era-spanning playlist brings together alternative rock, emo, and genre-bending crossover hits that shaped a generation.

It feels like it just happened yesterday. My love

— @CorridosdelDestino99

Featuring multi-Platinum artists like Linkin Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Gorillaz, Green Day, My Chemical Romance, and Deftones, this collection highlights some of the most impactful releases of the decade. Linkin Park’s “In the End” (2001) and “Numb” (2003) became global rock staples, while Coldplay’s “Clocks” (2002) won Record of the Year at the 2004 Grammy Awards. Green Day’s American Idiot (2004) and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Californication (1999, with continued 2000s chart impact) helped define mainstream rock’s evolution, and Gorillaz bridged alternative and hip hop with the Grammy-winning “Feel Good Inc.” (2005).

From arena-sized choruses to introspective ballads, these are the songs that defined the sound of the 2000s.

I was at Walmart yesterday, they were playing Soundgarden Black hole sun. I was like, damn, they are playing some bangers today, when I was a kid, they only played old people music.

It took me like 5 seconds. Then I got arthritis.

Standing in line to see the show tonight
And there's a light on heavy glow
By the way I tried to say
I'll be there waiting for

Dani, the girl is singing songs to me
Beneath the marquee, overload

Steak knife
Card Shark
Con Job
Boot Cut

Skin that flick She's such a little DJ
Get there quick by street, but not the freeway
Turn that trick to make a little leeway
Beat that nick but not the way that we play

Dog Town
Blood Bath
Rib Cage
Soft Tail

Standing in line to see the show tonight
And there's a light on heavy glow
By the way I tried to say
I'd be there waiting for

Black Jack
Dope Dick
Pawn Shop
Quick Pick

Kiss that Dyke I know you want to hold one
Not on strike but I'm about to bowl one
Bite that mic I know you never stole one
Girls that like a story so I told one

Song Bird
Main Line
Cash Back
Hard top

Standing in line to see the show tonight
And there's a light on heavy glow
By the way I tried to say
I'd be there waiting for

Dani the girl is singing songs to me
Beneath the marquee of her soul
By the way I tried to say
I'd be there waiting for

Ooh, ah, guess you never meant it (x7)
Ooh, ah

Standing in line to see the show tonight
And there's a light on heavy glow
By the way I tried to say
I'd be there waiting for

Dani the girl is singing songs to me
Beneath the marquee of her soul
By the way I tried to say
I know you from before

Standing in line to see the show tonight
And there's a light on heavy glow
By the way I tried to say
I'd be there waiting for

I EXIST HERE AND NOW, I LIVE THE PRESENT MOMENT, IT'S THE ONLY THING WE ACTUALLY HAVE, AND THAT'S ENOUGH... IT'S ALWAYS BEEN. UNLEARN TO LEARN AGAIN TO FORGET AND RELEARN HOW TO UNLEARN TO SIMPLY EXIST. LOVE AND BLESSINGS FOR ALL OF US. 🤍

probably controversial given the list of artists here, but for me, coldplay encapsulates the vibes of the 2000s most. yellow, scientist, clocks... they were all bangers. still love this band!

To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life. Amen🙏

1. You won't see Nickle back NOT because they were unpopular but because the same people going to islands with Clinton decided the band was too popular and uncontrollable so the industry elites ran a psyop to convince the low IQ masses to hate them. There are several analysis about this.

Listening to Nickleback is a huge FU to the globalists that want you eating bugs and owning nothing,.

2. You can not make a playlist like this with out a song used in Need For Speed which is fascinating. We need to bring back car mod culture because in every instance where custom car culture comes back the general happiness of the population of this country hits a high point as does our unity. Yet another thing the Globalist Elites and their lackeys hate and want to destroy and ban as they've said directly.

Awesome music of my teenage years. But when Coldplay sounds depressing next to Linkin Park that says it all 🤣
