Example: we find an animal that isn't part of the local Fauna and shouldn't be in our particular forest. How come it is? Well, we postulate that given the size of the forest it should indeed contain many types of wildlife, so our find is just another animal among all the possibilities. Nothing strange, right? Wrong! Because no matter how many types of wildlife there are, the very problem was always that this particular one shouldn't be among them! It's the same with the Axis of Evil. Sure, a complex enough picture will eventually contain random patterns... but we must remember that the very question was already: this particular pattern shouldn't be there! It's the extreme coincidence and convenience of the pattern that created the problem to start with, not the simple fact that pattern(s) existed in there to be found.
