"It is a story of two women, Aastha and Peeplika, set in the backdrop of the 90s, where Aastha is a dutiful housewife and a mother. Peeplika is an unconventional artist and has never been impressed by normal routines in her life. Aastha sets out on a journey of self-discovery and meets Peeplika on the route. Aastha sets herself free from the society pressures and boundaries when she finds an intense connection with Peeplika, something that she always longed for. All this happens amidst the riots after Babri Masjid demolition horrified the nation.

@abulkashem8487From my perspective, they weren't meant to be. Aastha keeps yelling things that trigger peepli and peepli broke aastha's trust. The whole plot feels half-done including peepli's backstory and what really happened,and someone in the comments mentioned that the whole series isn't even here, which is true. Hemant can truly suck it though, that mf. Lowkey unrealistic too, if you know how queer women were really treated at that time but, yeah. I'll give this one a 3.5/10.(the actresses were gorg tho)

@mylife.myrules7280For women, itโs take a lot to come for such decision. Because after marriage, they have given their entire life to the menโs family and children. + the tolerance level, the patience of listening irrelevant thing for her made them even worse. So I believe if anyone sees any women who has that ability to do everything for her own life, respect her coz she has gone through a lot.
