The Interrogation With An Insane Twist

Video Overview & Insights

The Interrogation With An Insane Twist

Lies! Lies!

— @Sandy-z3b

April 7, 2013, military veteran Scott Sunford called 911, asking police to accompany him to check on his wife, Desiree after his burglary alarm was set off. They arrived to find her dead, shot nine times. Detectives quickly suspected Scott, but during his interrogation, he mentioned another woman, Paige Blades. When detectives interviewed Paige, the entire story took a dramatic turn.

There's no way my husband would have sat there and waited outside . It only takes a few minutes into the video to know he is guilty

— @HeatherMays-e2r

I know that guy. I served with him and worked at the same facility as a civilian. Among those that know him, we thought he killed her before we even knew she had been murdered. He displayed ASPD traits and also low IQ when I worked with him. He was a serious PITA to deal with.

I'm half way through this video. Paige seems after attention, admiration and drama... wonder if I'm right ...

The case was complex .......

Not really , talk to partner ..... 75 % you are talking to the killer

I’m sorry but how in the hell do these women even get so many men? Who wants someone that does with literally everyone that has something hanging between their legs.

Did they really just bleep out the word ‘butt’? It wasn’t even meant to describe anatomy! Weak sauce.

If you were worried about your wife and haven't been able to get hold of her and your at the house but you don't wanna go in and touch anything even though you're trained!! No i say your guilty as hell

Any man who wouldn't go in to find his wife is a coward or a murderer.

YYYYEEEEESSSSHHH... That gal was the dang town bicycle and poor Marty didn't know what he got mixed up in. She used him 100% and likely set him up.

@trevorduncan9580

Ole Paige sure knows alot of fine details. Notice how she doesnt make eye contact either. I think shes the guilty party. No one would give that much detail to someone about a crime. 🤷
Lets see what happens at the end.

What I think, is that you never know how sick in the head someone is, so you should always go through life minding your own business, and try to get along with everyone, and if you can't be friends with someone, simply tolerate them.

She and the husband set him up! My BS meter has been ringing like crazy. I don't even think he had anything to do with this. It makes no sense for him to kill her, but not the husband because he's lovestruck. The husband could clearly feel free to act as suspicious as he wanted because he knew she planted clues. There wasn't a lot he had to lie about. Just because he may have spent the night at her place, doesn't mean she did. There is just no ring of truth to any of the narrative and motive.. We literally only have her word, some remarkably vivid descriptions of the scene for someone who wasn't there, and some easily fabricated clues. They framed him. And they're getting away with it.

Marty is only guilty of that freaken haircut…..oh and she needs to be in jail, she’s also the village bicycle 😂

@mattpicotte2511
@

As a retired armchair detective, Paige and Scott got away with it… and it wasn’t even well thought out. Very ‘on the nose’ and the DA, detectives all got outwitted? Yikes..

@Hollyhoney90
@

The overly dramatic narration in the first 2 minutes is really annoying and unnecessary.😖
I hope it doesn't continue.

@jaytee2642

Paige sure does know an awful lot of details for someone who says they weren't there. During her interview she also shows a lot of signs of psychopathy.

I’ve watched a lot of true crime and something just hit me for the first time ever and please tell me if I’m wrong!! But; you hardly ever see any murder and or kidnap victims that are of the larger size?? Am I tripping? Thanks fellow true crime addicts!

What a case! The twists and turns in some interrogations are unbelievable 🤯. The psychology behind these interactions is captivating. We cover intense cases like this with quick recaps if you like short-form crime content.

@60secondsleuth
@

I feel there were a total of 3 criminals who actually planned this! Regardless of whether the murderer knew of the patterns of presence at that house, we need to look at our own lives and ask if we function like robots?even if the pattern stays but durations of intervals differ like in reality, practically; how did the psycho know of her and her only being there?!

The victim’s mother made an awesome point that it had to be the 3 of them for the crime to happen and information exchanged for materializing their murder plot!
The moment that street b/tch said she didn’t know if the murder could’ve happened had she restrained from sexual intimacy with the husband; it’s clear as day! The only problem is the evidence is logical and hence circumstantial in essence!

@JeremySwigart
@

“psychopathic borderline” didn’t need to be said

@polarbear67
@

She slipped up. Was going to say Marty wouldn't let her take the blame. Then realised that might point to a cover up. So had to make something up to finish the sentence and said "he wouldnt say I asked him to do it because..... He's too honest" Then the look on her face when they said - so, what if he does claim that?

@Mumski-j6t
@

They framed Marty because they can’t get the insurance policy until his name is cleared or sell the house. So boom frame Marty to clear Scott name then sell off into the sunset
