Ok. Longest length on machine, then pull thread. Can you place your machine on highest tension instead of pulling thread?

Oh, my goodness.... I'm relatively new to sewing, making pillowcase dresses for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and have been wanting to add ruffles to the bottoms of the dresses. This is the best video. I ran to my sewing room to try it out and it works. It actually works. Thank you so much for this simple tip. May have to stay up late tonight making the ruffles. :-)
