So now we’ve got AMAZON right… And so far AMAZON has been great! If I have a problem with the seller or with an item or product, I’ve never had to fight these people to get my money back. They always have supported me against third-party sellers. They actually still have humans that answer their phone. So I’ll continue to shop AMAZON… All the way up to the point where I don’t feel secure in my purchases anymore because they’re not paying attention to their customer and instead for focusing on their bottom dollar which is money. I get it. Businesses are in business to make money… Hello!… That money is mine before it is theirs they better think of a great way. talk me out of giving my money up out of my purse to their establishment. Being rude to me having a nasty store, allowing gang fights to happen in the dressing room rooms allow allowing little old men to get beat down before you can get out the front door, they can all kiss it.

When I was a kid, I couldn’t wait to get inside Kmart with my mom. Right in the front of the store there was a concession stand and they sold fresh baked cashews. Oh my gosh, and I see! Remember? NAH not anymore it’s all about what money they can make off of us. What idiots! They should’ve put something in their stores that would speak to their customers. Whatever it is, it should say we really appreciate you!

What killed Kmart for me was their rude employees that went completely unchecked by management. They verbally abused a 70-80 year old man in front of me at the registers. This 18 year old told him if he didn’t like his total he could leave the store! WHAT?! And then nothing was done!
I left my buggy full of items and never went back. Attention Kmart shoppers… Thank you so much for choosing to spend your money in our store. We understand, that without you, we’re not gonna get a paycheck. We understand that you have a choice… We appreciate that you chose us!… Never heard any of that! Never felt any of that! All I heard and felt with a foot deep piles wrinkle brand new clothing on the floor in the dressing room rooms. Actually watched two employees get into a fight with each other in the dressing room. Are you serious? Kmart deserve to go the way the Walmart is going right now. Watched an employee at Walmart. Tell the lady probably in her 60s that if she wanted to check those bags of cat litter out then she was gonna have to bring them around because and quote “ this job, don’t pay me enough to strain my back”! So Walmart now has got the shoe on the wrong foot too. Again, they’re doing us all a really big favor by allowing us to shop in their store. And then Walmart has their online website where they absolutely do not support their customers whatsoever. They allow third-party sailors to rip off their customers and they don’t do a thing about it! So I’m done with Walmart too. I’ll be done and so will public in general with any establishment that doesn’t understand that I can spend my money anywhere I want to I don’t have to spend it in a place where somebody that has a quarter of the education thinks they can look at me and be rude to me and treat me like I’m the one that needs them! So sick of that attitude. Sears? For me personally, no idea what happened behind the corporate veil, but I can tell you this, craftsman and Maytag… wow those were really respected names. But the next thing you know you get your new craftsman gift for Christmas and you realize it’s a piece of crap that you just paid a whole bunch more for the name. You may as well gone to Harbor freight. Now… I feel hoodwinked. Bait and switch.

K mart thrives in Australia. Look it up

I last went into a Kmart in the 2010s. As Company Man said, it was like going into a time machine. The service was bad too. There was a blue light to indicate an open checkout lane. There was no one there. A manager checked me out as the employee assigned to the lane I was at was on a long smoke break. This was my last visit; they shut down not long after that.

What I don't understand is why did Kmart invest in improving their stores instead of buying other companies? It's almost like they wanted to go out of business
