the results you admire in others are usually built on days when they showed up without feeling motivated. that’s where the real growth happens. 👏🔥

The only way I can work out is at 4am. So I have to cut into my sleep. I usually get 5-6 hours. But that's my biggest problem. I work long physical hours too as a plumber so really I think that's my main problem. I worked out for 2 years and I got some gains but it really didn't seem like that much.

If you are reading this, know that you are probably not going to get 1g/lb. That’s really difficult for most people to actually maintain long term. That’s the ideal number for muscle growth but your health and life are more complicated than that some people have kidney problems from consuming that much. Some people have gut and digestion issues from that. You will still grow muscle if you get half of the recommended daily amount.

This channel is solid. He is right. Keep it simple. Do not get caught up with the absolute most efficent science based work out youtubers. They will literally critique Lee Haney's workouts and look nothing like him.

Just found this video and wondered. Isn't stretching/flexibility also a must? Because with shorter muscles there is less room for improvement in gaining strength than with monger muscles.

Question of videos saying that the Bros are right or whatever that means claiming to train beyond failure is the answer four building maximum muscle is that necessarily true I always thought overtraining would be bad so I wanted to ask your opinion about it

@mattcopley3745
@

for your information, protein spread doesnt really matter. its probably a 0.1% improvement you can get watching out for it. if you hit your protein target, you could as well eat it all at once and you will still be 99.99% as fine.

What i found most important with prog. over. is keeping your ego in check. Control the weight, dont just throw it to get another rep. Later you can be more "experimental" with your form, in the beginning try to be as perfect as you can to really know when its time to up weight.

I got a question. Im trying to make a schedule that goes like this
see this as monday to sunday.
push day, rest, pull day, rest, push day, rest, pull day.

and 1 day in the week legs somewhere instead of rest.
but everytime i want to work out after i had my previous workout from 2 days before i can still feel my muscles are quite sore and i am not sure if still should go or not because i do not want to hurt / overwork myself.

Should i go anyway and do my muscles not get overworked? or should i rest ?

I am 5'7" and I only weigh 54 kg due to high metabolism. Yes, I do eat a lot and work out 3 times a week but I can't seem to put more weight. I need tips please, it's been like this for a year since I started to work out.

I can definitely attest that it is far from guaranteed. Been at this for 5 years now and look like the "before" photo of an ad for a trt clinic.

3:55 - This point is always so important to me, and should be for everyone. Gym time is like meditation. Meditation doesn't have to be all folded legs and such. All it takes is absolutely singular focus, and that can be active. Golfing, dancing, walking, and even weightlifting can be meditation, and that shift in perspective is immensely helpful!
