Be careful of storage. OS26 is so hungry of storage.
Also iPhone 17e starting at 256 means 128 on an iPhone is probably too little nowadays. For me I’d buy cheaper iPad or ditch it for an iPhone with more storage.

@jaymr2795I've been wanting to add the HomePod to my echo-system. the tv and vision pro never really interested me but I feel my iPhone 17 pro max, iPad pro, iMac 27, MacBook pro, AirPods, watch, and airport extreme are enough. Just need a HomePod 😂😂

I was going to get a macbook air m1 but for the price i was able to just get a ipad air 5 with an m1 chip instead, I also already own a 3060 gaming laptop so i have no need to get an expensive mac when the ipad can do all i need, maybe im wrong for my choice but its right to me.

@T-wells24Wow, that’s basically my setup; iPhone 13 Pro, 2018 iPad Pro, M1 MacBook Air. All still work really well and I can’t find a reason to upgrade.

@sdmn6829I’m literally using that exact same ecosystem except using a iPad Pro M2 cos my company gave it to me for free, and an Apple Watch S9 cos it was included in some carrier deal. I also have some AirPods Max that I got as a gift. I love it, dosent feel old or outdated at all.

@BunnyStealer32i just bought the home pod last night which will make me fully integrated in the Apple ecosystem. i will say when it comes to using the apple ecosystem i feel like they went backwards when they redid the media types with the movies and etc making it, as in organization for movies tv shows in your personal libraries with playlist doesnt show like they used to, its more like a remote access than a mirror access from a mac mini to a apple tv or ipad/macbook etc. its hard for me to type out because it been years that they changed that system.
however outside of that part i love being in the ecosystem apple has. now getting the homepods, i have to convert everything from alexa to apple home which will be interest. but thats another subject all in all.

@Bc232klmI have my 13mini. Until it breaks. Because I hate big phones, the air is the only new one I would consider and even then, Id still probably just buy another 13 mini. I wish I could go back to the 5c days. God. That was the perfect size phone!

@Cre4tor.I have a used m1 iPad Pro, 17 pro max 512, OG Apple Watch Ultra and m1 MacBook Air that no longer works because liquid spilled all over the keyboard. If i get another MacBook ill get one brand new because then i know its going to last a long time and have better battery life which is pretty important to me.

@3vlogs487The main issue with buying AirPods ‘second hand’ for cheap is there are so many fakes on sale. And they are very good fakes. I got some on Vinted in the UK for £25. Before I bought them I checked the serial on the Apple website and they checked out fine. When they arrived they looked great and were recognised by my iPad. The serial on the box and on the product matched, BUT… they would not seamlessly switch between devices. I took them to the Apple Store and even they were fooled for a while. BUT, they were fake. Money lost.

@Reddit_en_VozAltaNot "Apple Silicon all around". The iPad 2018 and iPhone 13 Pro can't run Apple Intelligence. Even if you're not impressed with Apple's Ai features, they will get better. None of this hardware, unfortunately, is "future proof" or worth investing in, especially if you're going to run OS 26.
