What stood out to me here is how easy it is to convince yourself you're working on your life while avoiding the one change you know you need to make. I've definitely been there. They Taught You to Be Nice, Not STRONG by Orrin Conway was one of the few things that made me stop rationalizing my habits and take a hard look at where I was choosing comfort over growth, even when I told myself otherwise.
