He smiled when he said he got to pick the victim he was proud of it. How is this not a murder 1 charge? I don't say this lightly but this is why we have the death penalty, becuase he can never commit evil again if he is not alive.

@TheKey555He's a killer, but my heart bleeds for this child. From my experience, he has almost typical bi-polar disorder. He is brilliantly clever academically, but when his mood goes "down", towards the other extreme, he has no idea of who he is or what to do. Stops taking his meds, and off the meds he feels (in HIS case) that killing is the only thing to do so as to relieve tension/anxiety and "sleep good." This is all terribly complex. The deeds are evil, but he is very ill indeed.
