Thats just not how it works you could be innocent and there is nothing you can initially say that is going to stop the court process once youve been formally charged its that simple so it dont matter if you told them your alibi word for word theres no point in speaking you cant help yourself period thats it nothing never noone has ever said anything and the cops were like "oh shit really?
