If you are on console buy a strike pack and reduce recoil like the 85% of the players do.

Hard stuck plat 1. The only plat team is mine and the rest are diamonds and masters sometimes. I try my best but randoms are braindead and my best friends play like it's pubs. E.g. Octane rushing

Hey Dazs, I watched a streamer the other day who was in platinum. He didnt even know the basics of shooting. He didnt know to keep the enemy in the center of his hipfire reticle before he ADS or while you reload. That way you're always on target and don't have to search for them. He also didnt know to un ADS to track the enemy when they move and then re ADS when you get good tracking back in. You move fast not ADS so, its easier for tracking.

Me and my friend have a challenge going on right now we are currently trying to hit the highest ranks of 5 games R6,Apex,Fortnite,valorant,and cod we finish r6 and hit champ finished Fortnite hitting unreal finished cod at diamond and dnf valorant at plat and are currently diamond in apex what are some good tips or YouTubers to watch for diamond and beyond?

Im currently diamond 3 and have been having some issues. I mainly lack mechanical consistency due to me playing lots of other pve games but i still have the game sense and knowledge to win fights however trying to convey that knowledge and reasoning to my 2 randoms is definitely frustrating. I took a massive break from apex and when I decided to get back on it i was pretty bad losing fights i easily would have won before and it was very demoralising but over time i noticed i was becoming better and better each day but some games i do really well dropping many kills but some i hardly get kills, I practice in the range before heading into ranked and that definitely helps with my aim but i feels so out of practice with pvp due to me playing many story/ pve over the past few years but i still have a lot of experience with pvp and that particular mindset. My goal is to get to master but it’s difficult to compete with players who only play apex.

I'm solo plat 1, just got demoted from diamond 4 and it's a bit hard to crack diamond again with all of the diamond squads that are hand-holding 3 stacks. I'm pretty sure that in my next session

Thanks for the video, there was some helpful advice! Even when you're talking about things I technically already know, there's so much decision-making that I'm a long way off of internalising, and I repeat lots of mistakes in matches. So just hearing the thought process while you play is great for reminding myself what I should be actively thinking about in games. This is my first season in plat (plat 2); my ranked kd's fallen a bit bellow 1 now and I've felt the rp gains stagnate a bit. So this is a pretty helpful video for me about now haha.

How do you feel about the difficulty of plat this season compared to others by the way? I know the bell curves are looking higher-shifted this season, which I figure is partly because of the sbmm-seeded starting ranks. But the plat lobbies right now don't feel too different from past season when I played with higher ranked friends. Curious for your take.

If you’re hard stuck platinum just quit playing lol. You suck. Go play TDM or a game you’re actually good at. I could rat my way through plat ranked it’s that easy. You barely loose any points

Obviously you advice is as always sound and great, but do you factor in your supreme mechanical abilities compared to the lobby? In other words, how much of what you’re doing will work for someone with worse aim than you(which is everyone in plat and most in diamond)?

I swear the moment I got out of gold, the IQ, ability, skill, attention, and aim of all my teammates dropped to bronze level. It's so weird.. I got 10x better players in bronze to Gold.. The moment I got past Gold.. My team has the combined IQ of a dead fish, and sometimes even that's being polite.. Non stop hot drops with barely 50 dmg to either of them. Having the game sense of a new born child, and having no clue how to play the ring, or team comp or anything..

Just so utterly clueless.. and again.. I got better teammates by a large margin in lower elos... Its such a weird phenomenon yet.. its so consistent.

I’m sure you’re gonna have a diamond video like this but don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t give out good advice man. I remember when I used to rage at vantage. Then I started maining sentinel in ranked and stopped caring about fighting with honor against support/controller legend triple stackers.

I think the biggest issue for me is finding a team that has the same philosophy that I have. Im kinda autistic and I want to try and win the game and I want to get evo and go to the ring not make pushes where there is no strategic advantage especially in areas where u are going to get third partied or ambushed but im constantly playing with people who want to do stuff that makes no sense to me. Just walking around with no objective or wanting to fight outside the ring when we cud just walk in. Tbh I know that arrogance plays a small role in my frustration cuz I feel like if my team mates would do what I wanted we cud win or have a chance to because ur gonna lose gunfights but its just frustrating. Tbh I have enjoyed playing solo que because sometimes my team mates do what I want and I can get 500rp or we just vibe and work well together but the game is just so frustrating these days. I got on the other day and only got 1 team mate in 3 of my first 4 matches and in the other one a guy disconnected and the other one quit and then I almost 3 v1 at team with an eva 8 and wud have won with any help at all and i havent played since then

I play solo so there never is any content that applies. Feel like if you have a consistent duo or trio and need help getting out of Plat maybe you are in over your heads to begin with. Solo is a totally different animal. Most games zero comms, hot dropping teammates who instant die first fight, 7 out of 10 matches are negative RP then maybe get 1 good teammate game win some RP back. Avg teammate damage is 200 or below each game.
