Just sampling before doing and it appears to be exactly what I want to start with. My husband has suggested doing yoga together so sampling was more for him, but I know how much this will be beneficial for both of us.

This is helping me so much. I have had hip pain,especially at night for a few years. I have had a few nights without the pain. Not sure if it is due to this routine but I will keep doing it. Thanks!

I love this! I’m 67 years old and very active but I’ve never really enjoyed yoga…until now. This series of moves is so wonderful. I’ve been doing it for days now and am noticing improved flexibility and increased muscle strength in my balance. And it’s very calming. Thank you!
