Science Mysteries That Still Can't Be Explained

Video Overview & Insights

This is the place where I explain life’s weird, random, oddly fascinating stuff… using simple, relaxing illustrations and absolutely zero stress.

When dark matter was 1st mentioned it was described as anything in the universe that doesn't make it's own light. Planets, rocks, gas, ice, our entire solar system except for the sun. It was a simple idea that anyone could understand. Now it's turned into this big mysterious force. It's just silly.

Gonna watch more . Only at 2.49 but till now this feels like archeological mystery rather than science ?

I am so sick of everybody using the "science can't explain" just because you can't explain doesn't mean that science can't explain it do a f**** Google search...

@BrandonGerman24

It wasn’t a this — it was actually a that. Fantastic AI generated script.

They discovered the wow signal is from a pulsar :)

Ancients alein theory is a cancer that needs to be purged

@Smokeymaru

i clicked on this to learn stuff and theres just multiple conspiracy theories that have already have great theories on how it happened. not all of these are conspiracy theories but it is disappointing to see some slipped through the cracks.

@ESBr2d2

the first thing is very easy once you know how to do it. They converted the lengths. That's it. they took a small shape, and make it big. These guys werent dumb cavemen. They were very smart people with limited resources who could do simple math.

@ESBr2d2
@

The weird part of it all is, that even though we have much much more access to knowledge and information, ancient people had a greater grasp on intelligence

@ArchivePulse-00
@

9:28 it is very much possible that it was an astronaut from the future about many light years away with sensors capable of sending more than 1420 megahertzs of signals

If lemons are a modern creation of man how would they fill them with lemon juice when lemons haven't been bred into existence yet?

2:55 Wouldn’t they need the liquid solution of the metal for electroplating? That didn’t exist in that time.

I've read and heard about the Voynich Manuscript hundreds of times and I genuinely don't know why no-one's considered that it could simply be a maniac.

Its not aliens or interdimensional beings communicating across time, it's just some crazy guy writing while he experiences a mental health breakdown. It doesn't have to make sense, its just some nonsense written by a nutjob. And "why invent a whole language, its a lot of effort?"

Because he's crazy? Crazy people do crazy things. There's lots of cases of mentally unwell people, often reclusive, will just write a long, nonsensical book. Insane people aren't a new invention, they've been around for a long time.

Maybe it was a doctor who had mercury poisoning or lead poisoning or just insanity, so it has the vibe of a scientific journal but its completely nonsense.

I have always heard that the Tunguska incident was Teslas testing of his "death ray"

@VG_HUNTER0429

I probably would have fallen asleep if Nazca lines continued for 1 more second. And why does that Alien look Human?

@ParallelLiveschannel
@

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. THE NASCA LINES WERE RESOLVED BEYOND REASONABLE SCIENTIFIC DOUBT MORE THAN 10 YEARS AGO. THE BAGHDAD BATTERY IS NOT A BATTERY. SCROLLING THROUGH THE REST, I SEE A REFERENCE TO DARK MATTER WHICH IS PROBABLY OK BUT THIS CREATOR NEEDS TO GET A REAL JOB.

@stickinthemud23
@

The wow signal has been figured out I don't remember which but it was anymore but it was either a supernova or pulsar star emitting radio waves.

@cowkiller2189
@

The hum number 4 is so boring. Cant believe it beats wow signal

@ill_Hiper
@

the manuscript was debunked years ago? why you lying?

it is in fact a made up language because its plagerized roman bathing/spa book done in shorthand code that only the writer understood, the plants are weird because he wasnt a botonist and the off colors are because of what he had at the time for color

@freshcutgrass67
@

Milo Rossi would be disappointed 😞

@giese39

Nazca Line are very well explained. We even kniow the chrolology of their making and why the dimension goes bigger with Time.

Siiiiix centuriessssss siiiix centuriessss

@boahhhhhhhhh

For the nazca lines, that in NO WAY looks like an astronaut. It just looks like a crude drawing of a person.

@TheRockhopper77
@

The Nazca lines were probably planned in small scale and then paced out like those grid drawings for kids.

The Baghdad battery is just not a battery at all I don't have time to get into it but people should Miniminuteman's videos on it. He even got to talk to by far the foremost expert on them.

@Dredgeon
@

10:16 I believe the Taos hum was actually just a steel mill a few miles away

@Z-0-m-b-i-3-3
@

15:05 was a hilarious animation

@homegirl_9824
@

Why don't you explain that the tonguska event object change directions multiple times and that is cooperated by witnesses why are you leaving that part out

@dannylowery7000
@

0:20 honestly that looks more like a normal human than an astronaut

@uncarrot
@

Ugh. Video starts properly at 0:01 just skip to there. You're welcome.

@leejacksondev

1:49 They DID NOT find a clay jar with a copper cylinder and iron rod inside. They excavated a room/tomb that had a clay jar, a copper cylinder, and an iron rod inside of it (amongst many other things).

@dan8910100

Nazca has been explained

@philipblythe6535

@smokeysoldier8590

Bagdad "battery" theory is pseudoscience. Go check miniminuteman.

@sksk-bd7yv
@

For real nr 1 is not a mysterie anymore. We dont know why they did it but they simply abscaled it. Made a drawing bevohrehand and then just scaled the drawing up with whatever scale they used🤷🏼‍♂️

@starrs802
@

We...we already know how they did the naskar lines dough... or is it WHY they did it?

@starrs802
@

Dark matter hasn’t even been “discovered,” its scientists throwing their hands up in frustration because what they see out in the universe doesn’t match their math.

@NYCZ31
@

The Dark Matter mystery STILL has me asking these questions. How is it that we cannot see something that is constantly there? Why can’t we interact with such a valuable force? Is it encrypted for our own good or is it better if we control it?

@FrankTheOcean
@

uhh.. most of these are fairly well understood with some uncertainty? not really inexplicable at all

@micshaz
@

I took this seriously right up until the second entry. Baghdad battery, that was super hot news, in the 1970's. Been a little thinking since then....by SOME people. And it was all downhill after that.

@BirkGed
@

Just pay it forward

@bct782007

Omg 🤦 I thought this would be laws of microphysics or something not a waste of historical archives that have phenomenal theories already

@gregoryharrington8557

I drew the NASCAR lines. I admit it.

Actually the waterfall one can be explained with some sorts of compound that could react with the water and dissolves the oxygen and hydrogen
