Is this satire? The onus of not hitting someone with your car is on the driver, it's not everybody else's responsibility to jump out of their way. Clearly people walking around looking at their phone isn't a danger to anybody. It's not too late to take down this video.

ALL primary schools,preferably in reception,or maybe preschools,at roughly the age of 3 or 4,should be training kids how to cross the road safely.
It's a good example of preparation for when they grow up.
