Fabrizio Romano has dropped his first major update on the Lewis Hall situation and Manchester United fans will like it. United are on the hunt for a new Left Back this summer with Hall is top of the list. In this video we break down all the latest news on a potential move from United for the Newcastle left back.
I think Newcastle won’t sell for 50m they will want silly money.
On top of this il be updating on United's hunt for a third midfielder as two names from the world cup jump out back into the rumour mill.

As a Newcastle supporter, I can tell you we do not want the club to sell Lewis Hall at any price so your valuation is probably miles off what it would take. I think there would be a huge fan revolt if the club agreed to sell Lewis. We want him as a mainstay in our side for years to come. Personally, I would put his value to us north of £100 Million. He is THE best young Left Back in the Premier League, in my opinion.

Not sure if you see this comment but I think it will be 70 million for Lewis Hall simply because of his age and the potential longevity you will get from him.

I think you'll find, regarding the West Ham PSR, it is possible to clear PSR infringements by injecting cash into a club, as long as it's not a loan, you can inject, I believe it's upto 105m, if you turn it into equity, i.e shares, or you can even write off any internal shareholder loans that may be on the clubs books or just inject non-refundable cash, all of these can reduce PSR infringements as they don't class as debt, pretty sure that's correct.
@steveanderson1089What about bouaddi? Young defensive mid that’s not too expensive. Played well for Lille this year and looked really good against Brazil ?
@jonplatt1200Based on the reported figures, West Ham acquired the player for approximately £38 million, with Southampton retaining a 15% sell-on clause. Assuming that the clause applies to the total future transfer fee, West Ham would need to sell the player for around £59 million to generate a net profit of £12 million, and approximately £62.5 million to achieve a net profit of £15 million after accounting for Southampton's share.
From a sporting perspective, while the player is highly regarded and continues to attract interest from several clubs, he is not currently a World Cup participant, and his performances alone were not sufficient to prevent West Ham's relegation. Therefore, a transfer valuation significantly above the £60–65 million range may be difficult to justify solely on recent achievements.
That said, market dynamics often play a decisive role in modern football transfers. Interest from multiple clubs can increase a player's value beyond traditional performance-based assessments. Nevertheless, if West Ham's objective is to secure a reasonable profit while remaining realistic in the current market, a transfer fee in the region of £58–62.5 million appears both commercially sensible and achievable.
Manchester United are widely reported to be the most serious suitors at present. Given the level of interest and the player's profile, a deal could progress relatively quickly if the clubs are able to reach an agreement on the transfer fee and any associated performance-related add-ons.
70mill
