We are a mental health based channel, we cannot add commentary throughout our relaxing music/nature videos as it would likely annoy people, but we do have affirmations & guided meditations available. Our channel helps provide relief from stress & anxiety.
🎥 Our videos are currently filmed with a GoPro Hero7 & iPhoneX. We edit, mix, and master the audio in Protools & create the video in Premiere Pro. In the past, we sometimes collaborated with other video creators (with legal permission), which we would significantly transform into something new and add our own unique music and sounds.
I started putting this on for my twin daughters so they would sleep better which got me hooked on it so now I turn it on so I can sleep 🤦🏼♂️🤣
🎶 We create all our own music with our own instruments. My Mother (Elita) and I are both musicians and have played for many years.

I find it interesting that something so simple can bring so much comfort. Maybe we do not need as much as we think to feel at peace.

I do not usually stay in comment sections, but tonight feels different. I came here hoping to fall asleep, yet I find myself sitting with my thoughts, realizing how much I have been holding inside without ever saying it out loud.

@BrandonOntheWaterI did not plan to stay here this long, but something about this rain makes it hard to leave. It feels like the only place where my thoughts can exist without being judged.
@hino-sinceridade7988I have been trying to understand myself better, but sometimes I feel more confused than before.
@TopMusickkboxThere are nights when I feel like I am not enough, no matter how hard I try. This rain makes that feeling a little quieter.
@Cricket_SerenityI did not expect to stay here this long, but something about this sound makes it hard to leave. It feels like the only place where my thoughts can slow down without pressure.
@SoundOfNature1102There are so many things I wish I could say to people, but I keep everything inside. Nights like this are when it all comes back to me.
@Green_Sounds_ScaleDoes anyone else ever feel super safe and relaxed when you’re outside watching the rain fall and you’re underneath something that keeps you dry. I typically get goosebumps and feel so so safe.
@MidnightRainLounge6868My Mom grew up in rural Arkansas in the 50's, and she always used to tell us how relaxing it was to fall asleep with rain falling on their tin roof.. She passed away on this month. I wish upon everybody that reads this or hears this video life-long peace and serenity as my Mom would want for you all. Happy New Year!
@rain.and.thunder.sounds-h5hListening to it made me feel quite comfortable.

@yonimahThere was a season in my life when everything felt rushed and overwhelming. I didn’t realize how exhausted I was until I stopped and listened to the rain. It felt like time itself slowed down for a moment. That pause allowed me to reconnect with myself. This sound carries that same sense of stillness. It reminds me that rest is not wasted time. Sometimes, it’s exactly what we need to move forward. Listening now feels grounding. When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to pause?
