This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it.

@neurorelaxmusicNature is so astonishing. Every angle is a portrait, the sound of nature and birds singing, leaves moving, the wind, animals…are music to the ears. Only the people who has lived in a farm or rural areas know what I’m talking about.
To look at the beach, a jungle, a mountain, the diversity of each part of the planet. From the diversity of the Amazon Forest,to the beauty of Switzerland mountains, to the Pink Blossom trees of asia.
Each picture you take, a portrait, every time you zoom in, more details. The geometry of a snow flake, to the patterns of a leave. From the well engineered bone structure of the woodpeckers, which literally allow them to withstand a G force of 1500G’s, to a fish that literally electrocutes you. I see God in everything, every detail. Nothing is simple, not even an atom. Human ignorance, tries to interpret an infinitely complex world. every living being experience life in a different way. We don’t see all the colour, we don’t hear all the vibrations, we don’t smell all the smells, we don’t feel all the emotions. Our human brains are so limited, yet life is so complex for us. Each human is an universe in miniature, our blood vessels stretched can go around the world 2 and a half times. I see God in everything. A very prodigious mind. Nothing is simple, the human ignorance makes it look simple. Our brains interpret reality in a way that we can comprehend.
