In New Zealand even going 2 K's over the speed limit can result in a fine being sent to your house in the mail plus to be able to actually drive yourself legally on our roads its much harder than other countrys

She needs to be taken to see accident scenes where people have died so she can witness first hand the impact of what she can cause.
