Yes I think about this. This happens because we don’t does our work always procrastinate and delaying work . And this leads to boredom and boredom means our brain need dopamine and fingers go back on screen and this loop always running and happens again.

Main Ideas
The podcast talks about limiting screen time for children. Many kids spend hours using smartphones and tablets every day. Too much screen time can cause problems with sleep, concentration, and communication. Therefore, parents should help children develop healthy habits.
Key Drivers
One reason is that digital devices are now a part of daily life. Children use them for studying, watching videos, and playing games. Social media and peer pressure also encourage children to spend more time online than before.
My Insight
I believe children do not need to completely avoid technology. Instead, they should learn how to use it wisely. Parents can set simple rules and encourage outdoor activities. This can help children enjoy technology while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

1. Good teachers set their students up for success by giving clear instructions.
2. Many people shifted to online learning during the pandemic.

3. I am eager to learn new skills this summer.
4. Technology enables students to access information quickly.

5. She was intentional about spending less time on social media.
6. His excellent performance set the bar higher for the rest of the team.

If only putting it away would help. What I see around me is that children are very clingy to it, and they use it loads of time. It really needs to set the bar higher and make them get away a bit with interesting activities to make it more charming for them than the screen activity, maybe. I agree cutting the screen off fully may not be a solution, but I think a social media ban for certain ages can make a certain shift.
Well, not talking about the content, why can't even the technology makers invent a bit less harmful, "bright" screen that would be less intense? 🤭 I use technology a lot as well, sadly, and I feel how it affects me.
